Specialty Die Cutting

Protect vital parts and reduce packing materials by taking advantage of our die cutting services. We can diecut our kraft, Hexacomb® and other materials to provide custom protection for any product. Die cut components include pads, build-up pads (pads glued together), scored sheets or forms. These inserts are used to hold products away from the walls of cartons to lessen impact caused by drops or bumps, and to fill the voids caused by irregularly shaped products. As an added benefit, they add stacking strength to the carton.

 

Tape, Glue and Stitching

Save time – order your boxes preassembled. Depending on the product, the level of protection needed and the types of boxes used, we can tape, glue or stitch the ends for you.

 

Printing

Put your brand where people will see it. Service Container can provide multi-color printing on the outside of your box to promote your company, identify the contents, or print shipping information and other data including bar codes.
