A major medical manufacturer needed to shop portable MRI units without damage. In addition, many loose parts needed to different procedures are sent with the unit. To further complicate matter, the end-users are very particular about the manner in which the unit is presented. For example, the wheels cannot touch the ground until the unit is in the field and being used. Our designers worked with the manufacturer’s design team to create a complete packaging system.
