An automotive aftermarket manufacturer was having problems transporting headlights. They were often damaged and had to be returned. The initial solution was bubble wrap which while effective, was expensive and very labor intensive for the employees. Service Container devised a simple corrugated inner pack that provide ample protection for the headlights, while saving time on the assembly line and money.
